DATE: Victorian, c.1880
"Where I cling I die." The sweetest Victorian love token charm, modelled as an Ivy leaf, which slides open to reveal the words: "Ou je m'attache je meurs" in the most charming hand painted enamel. It's French, crafted in silver with the most gorgeous gold wash, and dates from the latter half of the 19th century, circa 1880.
